An intensive, step-by-step mentorship program that guides and supports grounded Christians who plan to run for office within the next 12 years, across three election cycles.

To equip a group of morally grounded Christian young people with the knowledge, skills, and networks to navigate Nigeria's political landscape and take up leadership positions, working toward a more just, equitable, and God-honoring society.

Christian organizations, political parties, civil society and faith-based organizations, academic institutions, corporate social responsibility programs, and foundations.
Goals
Develop a cadre of morally sound Christian politicians.
Strategies
- Develop a robust recruitment strategy to identify and select 500 promising Christian youth candidates based on their character, academic qualifications, leadership potential, and commitment to public service.
- Establish a comprehensive mentorship program that pairs each candidate with a seasoned, experienced politician who can provide guidance, advice, and support throughout their political journey.
- Organize intensive leadership training workshops and seminars to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership, including strategic planning, public speaking, crisis management, and negotiation.
- Foster character development through spiritual guidance, ethical training, and community service initiatives.
Enhance the political participation of Christian youths.
Strategies
- Provide candidates with in-depth political education, including an understanding of the electoral process, party structures, and political campaign strategies.
- Facilitate networking events and connections with key political stakeholders, including party leaders, elected officials, and influential figures within the Christian community.
- Offer practical support for candidates’ political campaigns, such as fundraising assistance, media training, and voter mobilization strategies.
Promote ethical leadership in Nigerian politics.

- Develop a clear ethical framework for political leadership that emphasizes integrity, accountability, and transparency.
- Conduct ethical case studies and discussions to help candidates navigate complex ethical dilemmas and make sound moral judgments.
- Advocate for the establishment of robust accountability mechanisms within political parties to ensure that elected officials are held accountable for their actions.
Strengthen the capacity of Christian youth-led political initiatives.

- Provide capacity-building training for Christian youth-led political organizations on topics such as organizational management, fundraising, advocacy, and coalition-building.
- Allocate resources to support the activities of Christian youth-led political organizations, including funding for programs, events, and publications.
- Foster collaboration and partnerships between Christian youth-led political organizations and established political parties to leverage their collective strengths and achieve shared objectives.
