MOP Nigeria Mentorship: An intensive, step-by-step mentorship program providing guidance and support for solid Christians who intend to run for office within the next 12 years (three election cycles).

To empower and equip a cadre of morally sound Christian youths with the knowledge, skills, and networks necessary to successfully navigate the political landscape and assume leadership positions within Nigeria's political parties, thereby fostering a more just, equitable, and God-honoring society.
Goals
Develop a cadre of morally sound Christian politicians.
Strategies
- Develop a robust recruitment strategy to identify and select 500 promising Christian youth candidates based on their character, academic qualifications, leadership potential, and commitment to public service.
- Establish a comprehensive mentorship program that pairs each candidate with a seasoned, experienced politician who can provide guidance, advice, and support throughout their political journey.
- Organize intensive leadership training workshops and seminars to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary for effective leadership, including strategic planning, public speaking, crisis management, and negotiation.
- Foster character development through spiritual guidance, ethical training, and community service initiatives.
Enhance the political participation of Christian youths.

- Provide candidates with in-depth political education, including an understanding of the electoral process, party structures, and political campaign strategies.
- Facilitate networking events and connections with key political stakeholders, including party leaders, elected officials, and influential figures within the Christian community.
- Offer practical support for candidates’ political campaigns, such as fundraising assistance, media training, and voter mobilization strategies.
Promote ethical leadership in Nigerian politics.

- Foster collaboration and partnerships between Christian youth-led political organizations and established political parties to leverage their collective strengths and achieve shared objectives.
